I have worked on projects totaling over $300,000 in internal and external funding as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator. These projects are aimed at improving care for patients with vascular anomalies and enhancing medical education. Most recently, I received a $100,000 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality as Principal Investigator for care coordination in rare diseases and am Co-Investigator on a $400,000 grant from the Department of Defense dedicated to developing online communication tools for clinicians, patients, and families. I have also received support for projects addressing communication needs, faculty development, and patient-centered research initiatives.
